"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. A very close walk to all the port houses. Stayed in a 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom beautiful suite. The pool is quiet and clean. Had an amazing massage! The rooftop bar has the best view of the river and the bridge. Breakfast every morning was delicious. Big shout at to Claudia. She’s so friendly !!!!"

"The hotel was located on a slope . If you call a taxi, they will be able to go up the slope . My daughter and I call Uber and we had to literally haul up our luggages up the slope to reach the hotel . So that really take away the nice experience I had staying at the hotel ."

"My husband flew from Washington State to Porto to walk the Camino. We booked two nights so he could rest and recover from the time change. He loved everything about his room, the amenities and the recommendations for meals. I loved how easy it was to communicate with the staff. Absolutely work every euro! I highly recommend!"

"The staff were the absolute best part! So friendly and accommodating. We didn't realize that the hotel has a 2-star Michelin restaurant~ had we known, we would have made plans and booked in advance! As it was, the breakfast and normal dinner restaurant (the Bistro) were amazing. The location is pretty out of the way, but this hotel made it worthwhile."

"If you enjoy renovated historic houses, you will love Mo’s House. The house is beautifully restored with so much character and the room we were staying in was rustic and beautiful with a high ceiling and beautiful view of the Promenade. Delicious breakfast is served in the morning and the location is close to everything! I highly recommend this place."

"Outstanding property in the heart of historic Porto within walking (albeit a lot of hills in Porto) distance of most attractions. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Historic building on one side and more modern part on the other. We stayed in the historic part and woke up to seagulls and church bells in the distance as well as choirs on Sunday morning. Food is very good with a representative menu of Portugal including the salt cod and that heavy sandwich shown in Anthony Bourdain’s visit...

"We loved the eclectic decor and the garden. We had a bedroom with an attached lounge. Unfortunately due to water damage we could not use the lounge.This did impact our stay with reduced space. The owners were apologetic but their misfortune affected our stay with the use of space. The breakfast and location were great. Overall our stay was impacted with the odour of the flooded room drifting into our sleeping space. Despite apologies from the owners no further compensation or consideration was...
