"Great stay !!"

"Lovely modern room in restored old building. Staff were helpful, and both dinner and breakfast in the pub were great."

"Fantastic resort. High quality bedrooms, facilities, great fresh food at dinner (amazing burger) and breakfast. Will definitely stay here again."

"Great place. Beautiful breakfast. We had a fair bit of luggage so a lift would have been handy."

"The site advertises that they took pets, but they neglected to say that the only pets they take are dogs unless you look real deeply into the website. After we booked the hotel assuming they had allowed cats we tried to cancel our reservation, but they refused to let us do that and made us pay for the four days that we had booked regardless. "Room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was lovely and the staff were great, I also like that the room were named after aeroplanes and that the property was just a few minutes away from Duxford air museum"

"Dear Expedia Customer Service Team, I am writing to complain about my recent one-night stay at Holiday Inn Cambridge, which was disappointing due to several issues. "All good"

"On arrival Expedia booking which I paid in advance was declined but I wasn't informed so tried to pay with amex , but they wouldn't accept it. So had to pay on alternative card. Room was hot and stuffy, there were no bath towels or shower gel. The small kettle had a very small cable which was not detachable and was a stretch to get to a socket which I subsequently burnt my hand on trying to pour a drink. No hot food in the hotel incl evening meals and sparse continental breakfast was poor"

"Alles bestens"

"Great pool, clean rooms and friendly staff. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and all of it was fresh and great quality. The rooms were clean and bathrooms and showers well maintained."
