No drinks from bar no compensation offered (complained and got it later), staff were very unhelpful. Delay completely ruined break. They offered a late checkout next day as compensation so we thought we would use the pool to find that children are not allowed in the pool until late afternoon to allow club members to use the pool, awesome. "We had a lovely stay at Tewinbury for our wedding anniversary. The room was beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for a special night away. The hot tub made the stay feel extra special, and the whole setting was peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated the little touches that made our anniversary feel memorable. It was a short stay, but a very enjoyable one, and we would be happy to come back again."

"Lovely location. Appears to be lovely hotel set up. TERRIBLE customer service and staff. Drove 5 hours here after a paid for booking and recited email. Hotel had the confirmation and had double booked but decided to not call me but instead tell me on the evening of arrival. They said their manager would call me the next day to rectify the refund.
