"Loved the location, close to downtown but quieter with easy access. Loved the staff so friendly and helpful. Kudos to Antonio and Elena who were amazing. The breakfast was by far the best breakfast in a hotel with fresh pastries, fresh fruits, superfoods with yogurt bar, made to order cafe (espresso, cappuccino, various teas) and made to order eggs, omelets or fritata. Wish we could give them 10 stars"

"This was a great high-tech hotel. The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. The pool was lovely but I wish it stayed open later than 8 p.m.
I was only able to use it for 15 minutes before it closed but it was really nice.
Service at the restaurant was a little slow and I wish they had a better wine by the glass but the Cesar salad was wonderful.
Parking was easy and plentiful.
Mostly I remember the wonderful staff at the front desk."

"It says “5-star hotel,” but neither the hotel itself nor the service was anywhere near 5-star quality.
There was a lady at the front desk who was extremely unhelpful. She kept sighing loudly and seemed annoyed because she had to repeat the same sentence. I honestly don’t understand how someone with that attitude can be working in customer service, especially in a supposed 5-star hotel.
On top of that, they charge an extra fee just for checking in one hour early, with absolutely no discussion...
