"Staff is really helpful and friendly with good knowledge of local stuff to do and see. The room was nicely designed. Bed was fantastic. Comfortable, clean and linen was soft and well ironed. Shower was great with high pressure and hot water, carpark was quite tight but free of charge! Breakfast was perfect! Dinner at their restaurant/ pub was very tasty and very well made and fresh. "We stayed here both the night before and after our flights from Stansted. It was just what was required - clean, warm and quiet. We had a nice meal in a local pub about 20 mins walk away called The Nags Head which was very nice. The staff were helpful and friendly. The car parking was as expected £5 per night and we parked right outside (1 min walk). Super quick and easy to drive to the airport accross J8 - took about 6 mins. We would definitely stay here again before an early flight."

We celebrated a 44th birthday and the food was amazing and good quality and well worth the price , we had 12 guests that came for lunch (2 were last minute confirmed) and a table was set up for them no problems at all.. our server Tash was absolutely incredible and the Manager Gemma such a lovely lady and so customer focused , The attention to detail from the cleaning staff was amazing (happy birthday banner and balloons ) Definitely going to be staying here again"
