The only thing that lets it down is the hot breakfast options - all the food seems to have been overcooked, piled up and sat out for too long. We’ve been to this hotel before so it’s not a one off sadly. The cold options, the drinks and the waffle station are fab but we’ve been really disappointed by the cooked breakfasts both times. "

"I only stayed for the 1 Night because i had to attend a Funeral in the Area. Check in was Superb( I was allowed to check in at 1pm) Room was Spotless, spacious and very Comfortable, Tea/Coffee making facilities. There was a radiator in the room so it was nice and Cosy. Great Shower. Comfortable Bed. Didn't use the bar or the Restaurant so i cant comment, but I'm quite sure that those would have been Excellent. Very impressed overall and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to Anyone....

"A superb night away from home in a beautiful area. The Pheasant is immaculately maintained. The rooms are stylish and scrupulously clean. The restaurants, again, are beautifully decorated and the food is perfect. Staff are all friendly, polite and generally lovely. I can’t recommend this place too highly."
