"Was great unfortunately even though I reserved a corner city view room when I arrive for check-in, I did not get the room I reserved. I wasn’t compensated for not having my room type available. That’s the only unfortunate part. Was able to use the gym in the morning. It was a bit busy."

"Either the keys or the lock was not functioning properly. I had to go to the front desk and changed our keys twice in our three day stay. The pillows are not supporting my head and my neck ached in the morning. We had a towel instead of a blanket. My daughter had only half of her room fixed."
