Close to boardwalk and downtown. Parking was easy since off season. Clean room. Staff was blowing leaves early in morning, so unable to sleep in. Biscayne Suites
Not fancy at all, but the perfect beach stay. We only stayed for one night and the weather was not great (not there for the beach anyway). Parking is a bit odd especially if you have an SUV.

This hotel works great for me, i am out birding very early & really just need a place to refuel and rest each night.
