"Such a wonderful, friendly staff! Close to San Pietro station. Breakfast was awesome! We loved it so much, we are stopping back on our return trip (writing this on the train from Florence). Four travelers, stayed three nights there, and no car needed for our purposes. Just hopped on the train to go to the Coliseum and other places. Walked to the Vatican. Then, Train to Naples (with a connection). Spectacular!"

"1. The first attraction we noticed when booking was the roof top bar (first photo in the advert). It was closed for refurbishment. We were not told about this. 2. Building work for the hotel directly behind started at 730am every morning. 3. The building work for the roof top bar on site that was directly above our room started at 7.10am! Banging through our ceiling. 4. The overhead shower didn't work. We informed reception to be told to try again. It didn't work so we had to use the hand held one below. 5. The bed was rock hard and was so uncomfortable. I paid for this room as an upgrade so I could have comfort and space. Not extremely loud noise, early wake up calls because of building work and men shouting all morning. I asked for some refund or acknowledgment and they have taken 0 responsibility and no refund or care given. "
