"Not a 10/10 place but good. Clean, which counts for a lot. It’s an older property, which you can see in some wear and tear, especially in bathroom and door frames. Not a big deal, but not highest rating worthy. Biggest issue is we could hear our neighbors through the walls (kids woke us up at 7am). ..."

"Room was dirty and it smelled moldy. Floors were sticky it needed to be swept. food all under the table. Found 2 roaches in the room. Inside the bathroom floors water was coming out from underneath when you would step on the floor."
