"Our stay was unfortunately overshadowed by a very unpleasant check-in experience. The front desk lady who checked us in never smiled once and appeared unhappy and unfriendly throughout the entire interaction. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was that her attitude seemed noticeably different when serving other Western guests. She was warm and welcoming to them, but cold and dismissive toward us as Asian guests. In addition, several reasonable requests were immediately rejected....

"2 bedroom apartment really suited our needs. Loved the design of the hotel, transformed from the wool shed. Walking to the room was quite different, which we liked. Very carbon neutral hotel, which I value as well. Only hiccup was check in. Whilst a busy time was a little slow. Would stay again."

"The stay was horrible spider webs everywhere. The dishwasher was not working the wifi was not working . Nothing was right about the stay other than the view. Would not suggest to anyone for more than a couple of hours"

"Checkin was frustrating… we were in a ‘private residence’ however we’re not told this. It was relevant because we were only able to use 2 out of the 5 elevators available and even then you had to use a different scanner to access the floor level you were on. None of this was explained to us until the 3rd time we approached the reception! We were also given only one set of keys for a 2 bedroom apartment. We wanted to use the TV however this did not work and the remote appeared to have no...

"Nesuto within Docklands is next door to Woolworths supermarket, eaterys within docklands. Marvel stadium is within walking distance catch the number 86 tram which stops at Marvel Stadium and Southern Coss station then onto the city If you are heading to the MCG, AAMi Park or the John Caine Arena catch the number 70 tram. We have stayed here a couple of times and will definatly stay again."

"Loved that our unit included a washer and dryer. The little sitting area was nice. The unit was very clean. Foreshore walking path is 5 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again."
