"Wonderful property and would definitely stay again! Beautiful rooms and water. You can see sunrise from your room, and then walk 5 minutes away to the most amazing public peach to see the sunset. There are 2 good restaurants on the property, but I also appreciated the ability to leave and try other things as well as a grocery store nearby. All our tours also picked us up directly from the property as well. Highly recommend!"

"I stay at Shangri-La Sydney regularly for business and usually choose the Horizon Club. However, check-in is almost always delayed. Even though check-in is 3 PM, I’ve had to wait until after 4 PM multiple times, including this visit. What’s disappointing is not just the delay, but the unprofessional attitude and lack of concern.
