"The hotel is lovely, with friendly and helpful staff, and a restaurant and bar onsite. The twin room we had was small but comfortable, with AC and WiFi. Great location! Our only surprise was when our room was “tidied up” but only one bed had been made and the glasses that were still in use had been dumped of remaining liquid, not cleaned, turned upside down, and put back in their original places. No additional cleaning or service was done that we could tell. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely consider returning. "

"Another great stay at the Rydges, we stay here for location, saw a theatre show and taxi ride to MCG for a concert , this is our go to hotel in Melbourne, so clean and spacious and nothing is any trouble for the amazing staff always helpful "
