Hilton London Bankside1 km từ BFI Southbank
9.2 trên 10, Tuyệt vời, (1.000 nhận xét)
"Rooms are good. A comfy chair in the room would be good. TV stations are very limited.
Disabled bathrooms in rooms have high toilets and high wash hand basins and out of reach taps.
No shower curtain so you could spray the room.
Breakfast was good and plenty of choices. Room service is at extortionate prices, but plenty of restaurants nearby.
Swimming pool disabled changing room has no lockers, unlike the men/women changing rooms.
The pool is full of unsupervised kids jumping into the pool....

The Heating was not working at all in the unit. I called the front desk and they informed me that they will reset the system and call maintenance if it won't restart. Resetting did not work, no response from the front desk, not help, no extra blanket or arrangements. The next day still no answer from...
