Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and Spa - Handwritten CollectionBTDC
9.0 trên 10, Tuyệt vời, (1.002 nhận xét)
"The exterior of the hotel was great as was the service and attentiveness of staff. Loved the pool area and beach access area and the welcoming traditional dance . Also loved the coconut lime welcoming drink.
But the resort is showing signs of wear and tear in the corridor walls, stairs . Our bedroom with garden was VERY disappointing and not worthy of a 5 star resort . I place it in the 2.5 rating. The furniture wood was chipped etc .
We will not recommend nor will be return."

"our recent stay in Room 2125 following a five-night stay at the Hilton. While we love Bali and found the majority of your team and local hospitality to be warm and welcoming and thoroughly appreciated the private beach, smooth checkout, and excellent checkout lounge facilities
there were a few key issues during our stay .
First, the staff member who ushered us to our room upon check-in was quite rude and seemed to be in a rush, which was unfortunately our first impression of the...

"Super friendly staff. Some downsides were the jacuzzi not working and the pool tiles weren’t stable also the pool overall was rusted and just not pleasant to go in. Also our villa was surrounded just by trees so leaves would fall into the pool frequently. Overall maintenance on pool and jacuzzi can use upkeep. There is a restaurant, main pool, bar, gym and spa, plus a shuttle to the beach. The beach was okay. There were not many things to do, which made it more difficult to honeymoon here. Spa...

"Overall stay was great. We stayed for 10 nights as a family of 4. Room was great, a little outdated and the bed in the main room was really hard to sleep on.
Buffet breakfast is great...so many choices every morning and worth the money. They need to spend more on uplifting the kids club and extending their hours to allow parents some alone time. Also the amenities in the kids clubs are very limited when comparing to other countries we have stayed.
Lastly the food at the restaurants isnt so...
