"The hotel is, really, a boutiqu hotel.
I got a large room with a seating area..but that was about it.
There is no kettle, bottled water or tea/coffee supplied ("Go to nearby coffe houses" I was told when I queried this).
The morning staff member was a lot more pleasant :)
Also, ifyou forget to hand your keys your room will not be cleaned. And, even if you do, only the towels were refreshed. I didn't not evidence of sheet refreshir even clean of desk :(
Airconditioning was good.

"This Riad is located conveniently, in the Medina but you can approach either by foot or by car. The beauty of it is unmatched and you can see traditional Moroccan objects and decoration all over the place, I absolutely loved waking up to the colorful light streaming through the Moroccan-style window and casting beautiful patterns across the room. It made the mornings feel truly special.
The personnel hospitality is outstanding. They help us to arrange a tour and a taxi even with minimum time...

"The property appears quite run-down and is in serious need of maintenance and renovation. The washrooms are in very poor condition, with several broken fixtures, and some of the curtains in room are torn. The elevator buttons are unreliable and often need to be pressed several times before they respond.
Communication can also be challenging, as many staff members have limited English proficiency. At breakfast, the dishes were not labeled, even though I noticed the food labels stacked nearby...
