"Hotel had lost power the night before and the check in system was down. Therefore no reservations could be accessed, key cards had to be programmed individually at room door, staff were having to keep paper logs, doors to pools and gym were not able to be accessed by room cards and situation caused a lot of confusion. Pool area was not kept clean (there was a broken glass outside our entire stay), pool towels were never stocked, bathrooms were clogged, trash cans overflowing, and patio cushions...

He maintained his sweet & professional attitude the entire time. He didn’t miss a single stride & everything went smoothly. "We stood on July 4 2026 king room went to check the room there was food crumbs all over the table and floor told the front desk they gave us a different king room had a little ant invasion the room are very dusty and when we went to take a shower all the dispensers where empty soap shampoo conditioner all empty while i was already in the shower so it was not a great experience"

"My daughter had to attend her orientation at southwest college. The hotel was really close to college and everything was perfect"

"The door didn’t properly seal in the top corner, the buildings exterior had random junk and trash all over. The shower was stuck on hot and you couldn’t turn it down. The bed spread had a stain on it. The woman who check us in wasn’t super friendly she almost judged us for booking a room with two twin beds. She mentioned once we were getting two twin beds we said ok, she then felt the need to mention it in a different tone we just said okay."

"I left immediately rotten moldy food under mattress. Bed frames are filthy. Dresser missing a drawer and decaying. Water puddle brown middle of floor and food clogging drain on broken sink. Those photos posted are not this hotel. Please remove from your booking this place smelled of mold from lobby to room my dog wouldn’t enter the room. My dog, my dirty dog was offended by this room. The front desk did quickly cancel my stay and refund me so for that I am extremely thankful. Lucky my family...
