"The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had food at the pool - delicious, fresh and speedy service. Likewise with room service for dinner. This property has had a wow factor refurb, and is stunning. Wish we had stayed here pre cruise, as it’s a cut avo e the tired / old and over priced beach front properties."

"The beach had a lot of seaweed. It was racked early morning but came back throughout the day. If you went in water, you swam with it. Pool was cloudy the last two days with black stuff floating in it "

"-This hotel is a lower cost option in a great location. It’s right across the street from the beach. The hotel offered towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. I arrived at the hotel at 10am and check in wasn’t till 3pm but there was a room ready so I was able to check in early. They have a restaurant/bar at the hotel which they had a buffet breakfast. The breakfast was good with a decent amount of hot options vs grab & go. The dinner I had wasn’t the best but I only tried a sandwich with fries so...

"We had the best stay here! The host was incredible. Super responsive, helpful, and gave us amazing recommendations that made our trip even better. The place was very clean and well kept. As a group of girls, we especially loved the long hallway mirror (such a small detail but SO appreciated for getting ready 😂). Everything about our stay was seamless, and the location was perfect. It honestly couldn’t have gone smoother. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. The cleanliness was fairly good; However, the hotel needs some work done to its elevator system and auto door locks. My key cards had to be replaced three times during my four days stay. Also, the one elevator was not functioning correctly and was down at least 4 times during my stay. I am a visually impaired individual and it made it very difficult for mobility. I am wondering what guests would do if they were using wheelchairs or mobility...

"The pictures are absolutely not accurate! Crusty old and run down. If you have any type of weight to you, you will not fit on the toilet. The kitchen was disgusting and old. The entire place was disappointing at best... AVOID"

"The location was great. Lots of stores within walking distance. The pool was cold and needed to be cleaned, but a nice amenity for children to swim in. Friendly guests. The apartment needed to be cleaned better, it was dirty. Made several complaints and a "cleaning" person came, but still left the apartment dirty."

"The property is beautiful and well-maintained however, the management needs customer service and decorum training. Staff was super friendly and accommodating but front desk management was rude and very sarcastic. I will not be returning."
