"Great room just construction outside the room woke us up super early"

"Such a great beach hotel! Our room was beautiful and clean. Part of the amenities are beach service 2 chairs, 1 umbrella and towels. You do have to get there right when they open up at 9 if you want an umbrella, they run out quickly. Heather was amazing at check in, she was so friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again! The only thing I would do differently is that I would choose the package that includes breakfast."

"The bathroom was disgustingly filthy. I brought my own cleaning supplies and when i sprayed them on the toilet, shower, and sink, there was red stuff coming out the walls of the shower and the shower head and also the toilet. The bed sheets had stains on them so i removed those and put my disposable bed sheets on that i brought along, as well as the bedbug spray i also brought. The pool area was amazing. If i could've slept in the pool i would have. Beach was fantastic as well. My only issue was the room. The staff was nice and friendly and very helpful. No issues with them. "

"Next time I go to Ft. Lauderdale, I’d definitely stay a bit more off the beaten path. I thought by splurging a bit on this hotel, that it would be on the nicer side — you’re definitely just paying for its proximity to the beach. I’d recommend staying further from the beach in a nicer room and just paying the $8 for an Uber back and forth. (Also, there was a bunch of construction as others have stated and our balcony was inaccessible with construction workers standing on it, so not a lot of privacy.)"

"The property is beautiful and well-maintained however, the management needs customer service and decorum training. Staff was super friendly and accommodating but front desk management was rude and very sarcastic. I will not be returning."
