Resort tại Bang Baja California Sur

"The resort was OK, convenient, clean, and pretty. The staff was wonderful. There are better hotels in the area, especially if traveling with Kids. The biggest challenges were no breakfast buffet, and no easy, healthy choices, both of which are a dealbreaker when traveling with Kids. There are only two - pricey and nice - restaurants. Café doesn’t count as a legitimate breakfast or healthy lunch option. The other big letdown was the Kids club. It was just sad, my daughter didn’t want to stay or...

"I hate to leave bad reviews but I’ve given the hotel multiple chances to make right. Our stay started our great but ended in a near death experience. Our tower caught fire and no alarms went off, thank god for my husbands quick thinking and calmness we evacuated after a super bad electrical fire.sadly the hotel had zero safety precautions in place and if it wasn’t for our own quick thinking we could have died. The hotel offered to comp a couple room charges and send us a couple free nights....

"Great properyy, plenty of available pool chairs at least our week (early April). Had activities each day like pool games, bingo, blackjack, volleyball, etc. Kids things as well. We had a 1 bedroom that was nice with balcony. Food and drinks were good. Great fitness center. Things to improve - room cleaning came at different times, which did interrupt us a returning to room a couple times in one week stay. Property is big which is good but you’llget your steps in. "

"The hotel had my reservation, so easy check in and check out. No billing issues. Multiple pools (the rooftop one is for adults only), hot tubs and beach is 10 steps outside the property. The gym was nice but gets crowded at peak times. Aleta restaurant has long wait times to receive food. The hotel issued new room keys without verifying IDs or any information (big safety concern), the balcony doors don’t lock, and the last night I could hear upstairs guests VERY loudly. "
