"The Hotel is ok, but the staff were all excellent. We stayed in the room 39, which was one of the “groupie” rooms which sleeps 4. The room was big enough for a family of 4. It has a large fridge and 4 windows, however, the blinds are electric, operated by a remote control, but only 1 of them worked, so they were stuck in the same position. And to get some light in we had to fold the broke ones up. Very poor. Overall the room was ok except the selotape on the walls where a previous guest had obviously had balloons or decorations up. The location is about a 20 min walk from the City Centre and relatively near the Docks. Breakfast was ok, though it’s a set menu. Would be back? No. Was expecting more for what we paid, bearing in mind the location."

"Staff were very polite & helpful Room was a decent size, all amenties in room catered for, room was also very clean, good sized bathroom & shower. Did feel as though the room was pretty poorly lit, & not much privacy as there seemed to be apartment windows right across from us. The breakfast was a bit of a let down, there was barely any hot food avaliable, even after we waited another 15/20 mins for them to re stock. I do feel the price of £215 for a nights stay was very steep for what we recieved. Would probably give an overall 3.5/5 "
