Breakfast was mediocre, but staff were working hard to keep buffet line full. TV remote did not work. Staff immediately replaced batteries but it did not work when TV was turned off for the night. Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel
The staff was wonderful. The rooms and facilities are dated and need work. Wish the cost included breakfast or there was a rooftop bar. The waterfront restaurant was closed the whole time we were there. Perfect location for anyone wanting to visit the inner harbor.
