"Service. It’s clear everyone got the memo. David greeted us at the bell stand as we arrived and was ready to be helpful whenever we needed anything. Housekeeping was awesome, Jesus made the best Negronis at the Casa Grande bar. Breakfast staff, particularly Noel, were super friendly and helpful with local tips and suggestions - always a great way to start each day"

"Bed Bugs!! Worst hotel in the planet. Carpets are stained. Walls are thin, location is terrible. Rooms are beyond small and outdated but no matter what, the worse is I came back home eaten by bed bugs had to throw my clothes away "

"The ocean view was nice. I didn't realize that there's no beach there. The water comes up to the rocks that are against the foundation. The neighborhood is mixed, with a beautiful property on one side and an abandoned house on the other. The room itself was painted white with no decorations or pictures on the wall."

"Clean room, friendly staff, ample parking, public beach w/ ample parking, great local food & bars nearby. Beware the noisy rooster/s that don't just squack in the morning! They're kind of adorable as I'd never seen them before in person, but they can ruin a good afternoon nap 😉 Also there's at least 5 tattoo shops nearby. Toa Baja is about 30 minutes from San Juan, I'd highly recommend a rental car. Using ride share services is an option, but a rental suited my needs better for sight seeing...

"just wanna say the ocean water is warmer than this so called hot tub haha the rooms were decent and the property is ok . was a decent place to stay for the price, but don't plan on using the hotub haha "

"Honestly I had a good time here. No complaints. The staff was lovely. So kind and sweet and helpful. Also very attentive. They were fast and efficient. The place was clean and smelled very nice. The area was spacious. The AC was great, it got cold super fast. I loved it. The location is in the heart of everything yet secluded and I liked that. The water outside is warm so you can get in even if it’s a bit nippy. My 9 year old also loved his stay. "

"The hotel itself is located along a busy stretch of expressway a couple miles from SJU airport. It’s about a 10 minute walk to a gorgeous beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The pedestrian overpass has about 25 steps on each side.. not for someone with mobility issues. The elevator was not working. Parking is very limited. Check in was fast and efficient with pleasant and friendly staff. Room was comfortable though kinda small. Nice bed and large walk in shower. Nice little pool with bar...

"Property is nice. Room was not so great. It was a two queen typical hotel room and the bathroom has a slider door that is a full inch or two away from the wall it slides on so when it's "closed" you can see right through the crack into the bathroom. If you're standing in the all glass shower, anyone in 1/3 of the room can hardly avoid seeing you. This is how it's designed. It's not broken. It's extra stupid because it's a double bed room so odds are good people sleeping in those separate...
