"I generally enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Getting there and navigating the surrounding area felt a little like a maze at first, but I have to give credit where it’s due—the signs were placed in exactly the right spots. Just when you started to feel confused, there was a sign pointing you in the right direction. The room itself was cute, clean, and comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. A couple of small things were missing that would have made it even better: there was no complimentary...

"They offer a wide range of amenities. The pools are free, but you’ll need a day pass to the spa to access the hot tub. All of the restaurants were amazing—my favorite was Nectar. It’s the perfect place if you want to spend your entire stay at the resort, with plenty of things to do."

"Super cute and quiet ocean view hotel. The sound of the waves was very relaxing and the pool was well maintained. The property could use a little updating, but overall it was nice and very clean. It was very convenient to the Luquillo kiosks and beaches."

"Wyndham Grand was everything we expected it to be based on reading all of the reviews and following along on social media for quite a while! It was the most perfect mid-size resort for a family with two young kids (ages 6 and 9) who need the right amount of entertainment without an overstimulating, mega resort style experience. Also, someone who cares deeply about the environment, I very much appreciated Wyndham's commitment to their local ecosystem, especially the well-being of the leatherback...

"The free breakfast and dinner reception was a great perk! The hotel was nice and clean! Stayed for 4 nights. My room was serviced everyday and towels replaced daily! If I needed anything I could text the concierge and it was brought to my room almost immediately!!! 10/10 would highly recommend!! And another plus? The onsite washer and dryer!!! "

"Beautiful historic hotel built in 1530’s. Safe with locked front door, kitchen amenities, and you have the gorgeous streets of Viejo San Juan right when you step outside. Everything is in walking distance. Loved it! "

"The property was very nicely maintained, including the pool and lobby. The breakfast was excellent with variety. Complimentary daily happy hour was a great a unexpected perk. The room left a lot to be desired. The furniture and the overall decor was very dated. The carpet looked like it needed a good cleaning or to be replaced. No drapes on the window, just darkening blinds that looked a little beat up. Lastly, front desk staff could use a refresh on hospitality."

"Staff was great. Hotel has options for coffee and restaurants. If you like pools, you’re in luck. There a multiple in the property. They seemed to be very clean. We prefer the ocean, and swam there. The way the beach is situated, you can swim not having to worry about waves…it was wavy all 5 days we were there. There’s plenty of parking near by, if needed. Room was clean; it had a balcony with a nice view."
