"Breakfast was amazing and well enjoyed with a variety to choose from. Restaurant staff were great, exceptional customer service from Vikki and the manager Ellie.
Reception desk staff were very helpful amd accommodating.
Family room.was okay, good size, hiwver the bathroom was old and bath didnt look very clean, toliet was hard to flush, but overall a great stay and would recommend."

"My daughter and I stayed for two nights, while visiting my son. The hotel from the staff to amenities to location were spot on.
The positives:The staff, from reception to housekeeping, were lovely, friendly but not pushy. The amenities: pool was gorgeous, not too warm but not cold either, I’d recommend going early so you can fantasise that’s it’s your own. "The outside of the building and lobby look nice. The room was decent enough but the bathroom let the room down though. Having to turn and sit at an angle cause the towel rack is in front of toilet wasn’t great plus the fan leg was broken causing the fan to keep falling over so gave up using it. Also they do not have an airport shuttle and if you order a taxi you need to meet it away from the property or you’ll get a £5 fee.
But my biggest issue is with the person responding to online messages...

"The staff were friendly. Free parking was a bonus. The hotel has a gym/spa that is well run and the facilities were great. The hotel has a bar/restaurant which we did not eat at because the prices were very high. There is also a Starbucks in the lobby.
I would highly suggest upgrading your room to a club room. These rooms are in a different section of the hotel and come with, late checkout, a coffee maker, and gym/spa access..plus this area was quieter.
The only thing that put us off was...

"There was hair in the bath so I couldn’t have a shower but my partner still had a shower and then we checked out around 3 instead of the actual time which was 11 the stafff was amazing very welcoming I would like to come again but I hope the room will be more clean when visiting as I did enjoy the pool and the garden "

"This is my second or third stay at this hotel, and unfortunately I’ve experienced repeated issues with the rooms, particularly the showers. On previous stays, I had to change rooms multiple times due to either no hot water or electricity outages.
On this visit, the shower handle and overhead shower had very little water pressure, making them unusable. I ended up having to shower using the tap. By that point, I didn’t have the energy to go back to reception to request another room change.

"From beginning to end, we had a great stay. Member of staff at check in was friendly and professional and when he noticed that my partner used a walking stick he moved our room to a much closer, user friendly room without being asked. We were celebrating our 53rd wedding anniversary and when he found that out, he arrived at our room with a card from all the staff. Lovely touch.
