"We were one of the first visitors to this newly opened property and it is absolutely lovely. They were still working on a few areas of the hotel but everyone was so friendly and kind that it didn’t bother us in the least. Stunning rooms and amazing location. We will definitely come back. Staff was amazing."

"Hotel indigo Bath was a perfect location for walking and exploring. Also the beautiful scenery as you walk in and out of the hotel made it even more relaxing. Staff was very kind. Some fixtures were older and could use an update. The shower head and a connector fell off when used. They do not offer room service with coffee or tea to the room but do have some instant options available to make in the room."

"We went with one of the smaller rooms in the hotel for 1 night, let me just start off by saying, the hotel staff is so nice, main floor is great and clean, bed room was fairly clean, hallways/ elevators smelled cleaned but looked a bit dirty, definitely a good hotel for 1 person or 2 if the other person doesn't mind seeing you go to the bathroom/ smelling you go to the bathroom, our bathroom/ bedroom was seperated by a glass wall and a sliding glass door that didnt have a complete seal, so let...

"Excellent location and staff was great. Location is a 10 minute walk from train station and absolutely in the middle of everything including tour logistics. The location has a vibrant nightlife . A draw back is the noise which did carry on well past midnight. The hotel did have ear plugs at each nightstand nice touch. Breakfast was wonderful and the restaurant next door was a great bonus (The Oaks as I recall) . Other Great restaurants close by ."

"While the room itself was fine, the entire building was being painted while we were there and the paint fumes were unpleasant. There were two full jars of Dolmio pasta sauce sitting in the hallway for the entire duration of our stay which was weird.
The building's entrance opens directly onto a busy bus stop which had a crowd of chain smoking, seedy looking types there at all hours. This meant emerging into a cloud of cigarette smoke when leaving and feeling vulnerable when entering the code...

"The staff was exceptional! They were very friendly and super helpful.
The older lady at the desk was wonderful and the younger lady who attended the kitchen and made up the rooms was phenomenal! ❣️
Thank you for a great stay.
I will say the lack of air con was quite hard to handle as we were visiting July 7 to 9 and it was sweltering. (I understand that is not the norm )"

"This is a very old building and the rooms (at least ours #33 - attic) showed it. Our room was 54 steps up, the floors have a slight slanted, the bedroom barely large enough for a queen size bed especially with the walls slanting inward. The bathroom was ok, but just ok with a stand alone sink (12”x15”), little counter space, well you get the picture. It satisfied our needs as a one night crash pad but again barely. The host(est) was great, parking is close and covered and cost us about $25...

"The property was overall run down. The room wasn't very clean.
The staff were helpful, but rarely at the counter and didnt come when buzzed. There was no way to phone the front desk.
There really were no amenities. Look elsewhere if you can. I wouldn't stay here again."
