"I would definitely stay again at this location. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I got to store my bags before check-in and explore Chinatown which is literally a couple steps away. I had a concert at the Chase Center which was such a short trip via the T line. The next morning after checking out I decided to go to Fisherman's Wharf which the bus was just short less than 5-minute walk away. Once again highly recommend! "The location was nice to be able to walk to Fishermans Wharf and the Pier each day. The lobby and co-use areas are very nice. Breakfast was great and efficient. Some shady characters outside every now and then. The room was disappointing. Had a musty smell, smaller than expected. Paid for a superior room but no view or anything special about it."

"The Hyatt Place is a great place to stay. It is centrally located to enjoy a baseball game and tour the Embarcadero. The rooms were immaculate and the staff superb. "I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was wonderful and allowed us to check in early for a small fee. The place was clean. I think the only down side was there was no view and it was SMALL, but I think that's part of the San Francisco charm of old buildings. Pro tip, for some great food there was a quick service Greek food restaurant across the street heading west. Go there for some good grub."

Our room was clean. We didn't get a balcony but the walkway to our room was basically like a balcony. Loved that Pier 39 was just a 20 min walk away.
