Our room overlooked the parking lot with our window directly in front of a parked car We asked to be moved and got a room on the back side facing some greenery but had a passageway for staff hauling noisy laundry carts right outside the window. Hallway rugs are tired and worn. Atmosphere was institutional and soulless. Location is off a round about in the middle of nowhere with poor signage to find the property. "We stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. "

"We chose this inn because of its high rating and location and the fact that it had parking when so many places didn’t. The views are incredible, the staff is great, and the food was so tasty. What a quaint dining room and pub. Lots of locals too! A comfortable place to be! The room was a little warm at night as there is no AC and the fan barely put out any air. But it was a big room with lots of space. We loved our stay there. "

"Very good stay. Very nice well appointed room. Couple of small points. For breakfast the cooked food was excellent but thought there could be a bit more in the buffet e.g. fruit/pastries. Also our room was right above the out of hours entrance so there can be some noise from people returning late plus deliveries take place right outside the room so we had the pleasure of a noisy beer delivery around 7am. We ate in the restaurant one night and food and service were very good."

"Good location for the royal crescent and Bath centre . Couldn’t get in touch with the hotel to book parking , called and called and no reply so booked a space but it was a mile walk from the hotel.Not ideal . Hotel overall was fine. "
