"The resort itself is beautiful, and the pools and grounds are great, but our stay started and ended with frustration. We arrived around 11:00 a.m. knowing check-in wasn't until after 4:00 p.m. I wasn't expecting a room early, but I also didn't expect to wait until 5:45 p.m. We spent nearly seven hours waiting, checking with the front desk throughout the afternoon while my young son grew more and more exhausted. The issue we had was the air-conditioning was not working and nothing was done. The room was so humid I could not get my hair or makeup right for the wedding we were there to attend.
