The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our trip, especially during check-in and whenever we had questions. The location was convenient for getting around Orlando and close to attractions and restaurants, which made traveling with my daughter much easier. It was also very convenient that the hotel was near everything."

"If they ask you about a room preference, tell them you prefer to not be at the other end of the resort from all the activities, that was the only downfall was being far away from the pool, bar/restaurant and lobby"

The location was excellent many stores within 5 minutes I would definitely recommend going there the only problem was they did not have the room I ordered and didn't save me first floor they gave me first floor with 2 beds no separate rooms 1 tv no couch ect but it was great"

"I was extremely pleased with my stay. When I arrived the check-in was great. The young lady at the desk, named Nebraska was very pleasant. She said "I see you booked a Standard room with a King bed, but we don't have one available, would you mind if I upgraded you to a Suite at no extra charge?" I told her I absolutely would not mind. She then showed my how to register my car so I wouldn't be charged for parking, which is usually about $21a day. The Suite was fantastic and the hotel was great. I...
