"Our stay was overall very enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our trip, especially during check-in and whenever we had questions. The location was convenient for getting around Orlando and close to attractions and restaurants, which made traveling with my daughter much easier. It was also very convenient that the hotel was near everything."

"Absolute Gem of a Hotel. I'm so glad I was able to give this experience to my wife and two kids. We had gotten a hotel room with a normal view but at the counter the receptionist upgraded us to a room with a spectacular view of the Epic Universe Park; this made all the difference to us. We were able to appreciate the park views in the morning as we woke up and in the evening when the light show turned on. The lobby restaurant is 5 stars all the way. "This hotel was amazing!!!! The texts to check on your stay is amazing! The staff is friendly and wonderful!! The hotel was beautiful, family friendly but also wonderful for adults. Pool table and foosball, a bar, and 24/7 snack purchase available! I will def be back!"

"The breakfast was incredible the staff were wonderful! The location was excellent many stores within 5 minutes I would definitely recommend going there the only problem was they did not have the room I ordered and didn't save me first floor they gave me first floor with 2 beds no separate rooms 1 tv no couch ect but it was great"

"If they ask you about a room preference, tell them you prefer to not be at the other end of the resort from all the activities, that was the only downfall was being far away from the pool, bar/restaurant and lobby"

"This resort was beautiful and offered so much to do, including daily activities for lazy days at the resort. Rooms were clean and spacious and it was nice to have easy access to the pools. The staff were mostly friendly but there were some rude staff at the Copa Loca bar which was disappointing. Overall the trip was incredible and that had a lot to do with this resort."

"I was extremely pleased with my stay. When I arrived the check-in was great. The young lady at the desk, named Nebraska was very pleasant. She said "I see you booked a Standard room with a King bed, but we don't have one available, would you mind if I upgraded you to a Suite at no extra charge?" I told her I absolutely would not mind.
