"Front desk was very helpful. Check-in was a breeze, they gave recommendations for dinner, let us use some games for some family game time, and check-out was a piece of cake. The bathroom in our room could have been cleaner, but it wasn't a deal breaker for us. We did not know about a cheer competition going on at the facility before we booked, so the restaurant wasn't serving their normal menu due to that event, again, not a deal breaker, but the service there wasn't the best."

"I was glad to hear and see the newly renovated rooms however, of course the room we were given was an older completely outdated room. The bathtub faucets were basically coming out of the walls, the one toilet lever barely worked, and with how outdated the place was it just felt dirty even though I know it wasn’t. It was definitely not what we expected based on photos but maybe I need to really look close and zoom in on photos next time."

"The front desk lady was the ONLY thing pleasant about this stay. The other guy up front was very rude and unprofessional. They have a little ice maker in the "lobby" area. With that being said, I needed some ice before I left so I proceeded to get ice in the bucket they provided. He had an issue with me getting ice and started telling me to leave. .that I can only get a small amount because they don't have an actual machine...(Mind you, I'm using their provided bucket.) "Nothing like pictures in advertisement. Stains on carpet, walls. No towels, AC plug in, had no protective cover over it. The breakfast advertisement showed free, but not all was free. When we did need something, the staff was nice and responded quickly."
