"Really enjoyed our stay and amenities that were available. Pool was closed for remodeling. Lots of activities for families, including a fun escape room the four of us did together. The room was perfect for us and well stocked with just about everything we needed to cook and eat. Our private balcony with a great view of Branson was nice for sipping coffee in the morning. The resort is in the process of painting the outside of the buildings, so the painters came around 24hrs before our checkout...

"My wife loves water views...I chose the Villa with a lake view. The unit was modern and fulfilled our needs. We were close to Branson (15 minutes) so it was convenient to get anywhere. It would be easy to rate it 5 stars, but I deducted a star because they use the cheapest tissue products available. You will probably want to bring your own. Other than that, you'll really enjoy it."

"the rooms were mostly clean, floors could have used a quick sweep lots of hair everywhere. we got a 2 room suite, came with a 2-bed 1-bath room, a 1-bed room, 1 extra bathroom, living room, kitchen appliances and dining table. absolutely everything you need for the whole family. we did not get breakfast here since we used the kitchen. parking is tight. staff was amazing. it’s not 5 star beautiful, but if you’re on a budget, this is the place to go."

"The only thing bad was my room was downhill in the back, you had to walk uphill to get to the dining area. It was a strain for a 73 year old."

"We had no view, it was cabins in all directions except for a tiny wooded area behind the house. It was not ground level entry. We had a flight of stairs to the front porch and then another flight of stairs for the two other bed rooms. Upstairs AC unit went out on the second day, maintenance was able to repair it the next day."

"The room was clean, but it was in a noisy area next to the swimming pool and they allowed dogs which barked all night long."

"This property was surprisingly great. Location staff and cleanliness fine. One drawback is availability of food or drink on site."

"The sheets were stained and had blood stains as well and cigarette holes. The floor was sticky and filthy. I had the toilet seat had feces on it. The beds were hard as a rock and the comforters had never been washed and the heater did not work. The heater didn't work adequately"
