"Room smelled like cigarette smoke when we checked in. Front desk offered a room change. Waited for housekeepers for 3 hours one day after scheduling times when I checked in. Saw there was not enough wash clothes early morning of check out.
Restaurant- bar was being renovated and did not receive food credits. Front desk staff was very cordial though."

"When I arrived at the hotel at 2:30 PM to check in, the staff informed me that I would not be able to access my room until after 4:00 PM; however, if I wished to check in early, I would have to pay an additional $60. I asked the staff member if she could kindly check to see if any rooms were currently available, but she simply replied, "No." I would like to ask: does that staff member earn $60 an hour to justify making such a demand? I felt that the employee displayed absolutely no courtesy...
