Vor allem Jess & Abhi von der Rezeption sowie die Consierge haben von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute dafür gesorgt, dass ich mich rundum wohlfühlen konnte und einen schönen Aufenthalt hatte. Es gibt nur wenige Hotels, in denen Service wirklich gelebt wird. Das Holiday Inn in Kensington gehört dazu und ist definitiv ein guter Platz, um London zu erkunden und den Aufenthalt zu genießen. "

"Stayed for 2 nights in a twin room with a friend whilst attending an evening at the Hammersmith Apollo. Great location, easy check in, room clean and tidy and functional. Best beds ever!!! So comfy. Definitely larger than the average single. Best sleep ever. We didn’t use any of the other facilities the hotel has to offer so can’t comment on those. My only disappointment was the £100 security deposit I had to leave. Obviously returned if no damage or no purchases made to room. "

"Super Frühstück. Auswahl ohne Ende. Das Hotel ist älter aber aber sauber, Personal freundlich, Bettensehr bequem. Die Hotelbar ist schick. Von Außen ist das Hotel kein Hingucker, aber ansonsten top! Bisschen weiter weg von vielen Sachen, aber Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür und Underground in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wer Shopping Malls mag ist hier auch genau richtig. Westfield mit einugen Restaurants und Supermärkten auch schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Dafür ist der Preis viel günstiger als Hotels...
