"The condition of hallway carpeting was disappointing. Room's HVAC operation was poor. The shower delivered only cold water--after running 20 minutes. The sink hot water only got mildly warm. The mattress was the worst I've had in a motel in decades of traveling. I was assigned an accessible room."

"I always stay here when I have a quick turn around in the city. Near the airport, clean, comfortable bed, hot water with good water pressure. This time around, the heater didn’t really get hot, but it was warm enough that I didn’t freeze."

"Booked last minute on Expedia due to flight cancellation. When arriving at midnight front desk clerk tells me the power has been disrupted and they could not take Expedia reservations. Told her it was non refundable and all hotels at DTW were sold out. Her attitude was terrible and she was going to kick me out after a long horrible day in the middle of the night. After some begging she gave me a room. For a 2 star hotel they overcharged knowing travelers were desperate. Never again "

"I have stayed here often. The room was spotless, and the staff was friendly. The only thing was that the microwave was unplugged, and of course, I could not move that heavy thing (entertainment center), so I just put it on the floor and plugged it into a wall socket. No worries. "

"The front desk lady seemed to have an attitude that I checked in at 11pm I think she was sleep the room was clean overall I re washed the jet tub they provided shampoo conditioner and soap and towels the fireplace worked but the sheets and covers smelled like mildew or wet dog so we didn’t stay the night and no where on Expedia did it say I would have to pay a $50 deposit "
