"The rooms are clean but lack basics. No water in the rooms. You cannot get food after 10pm. The jacuzzi is designed to kill you. There is so much chlorine it feels like a gas chamber. Its awful. "On arrival at 2:45 for 3pm check in we were told by the girl it was £15 for an early check in, at £1 a minute we said no thank you we will sit in the car. We said there was coffee pods in the room but no Coffee machine, she said oh I don’t know, so that was the end of that. Next morning with another guest we were trying to get into the pub area, only to find both doors were locked. "Great place to stay before an early morning flight. Hotel is a short 1 minute walk from the terminal which is very helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are helpful. A pleasant lobby/bar area to have a relaxing drink. There is also a pool, sauna, steam room, and gym which are free to use for hotel guests which is a fantastic bonus to start the holiday! Overall, the best hotel option near Stansted Airport and worth paying a few £ extra for."
