"We booked Chalet Hotel Turquoise as we had stayed here before with Nielsen Ski and we had a great experience. Unfortunately our stay this time was not actually in the hotel, but in apartments elsewhere in Belle Plagne - despite our booking confirmation stating it was for the hotel. Having checked the Hotels.com listing, the only mention of separate apartments is a hazy photo (9/16). As such we did not benefit from the Chalet’s facilities or ski-in-ski-out location. "The staff here are very helpful. There is a spa/pool. It is ski in/out. We had an apartment for 8 with mountain views; this consisted of a main bedroom with ensuite, a second double bed bedroom and 2 sets of bunk beds with a curtain. The apartment was spacious and I would recommend it."
