"Everything good there"

"The AC kept making noises at night"

"No toiletries available. No drinking water in the room. Ice machine was broken. They were selling small toothpaste but no shampoo or conditioner even for sale!"

"Parking was good, and we liked the location. Breakfast was also good. No complimentary water at check in, and lobby store is very expensive. The room was spacious and comfortable. The tub had no mat and only one vertical grab bar, so was risky for me. The pool was a disappointment for me. I use the pool as therapy for my bad legs. I can't use a ladder, need steps to get in/out. So we might stay again for short stay but not longer ones at the holidays. "

"The worker in the front who helps guest unload and load their cars was AMAZING. I think his name was G, he was super memorable and made our stay amazing."

"Welcoming and safe atmosphere, friendly staff, rather clean. Needs some detailed cleaning in the bathrooms and some tub/sink fixtures were broken and appeared they have been that way for awhile. All in all, I would stay there again."

"Would not recommend. Their fridges there do not work. On our first night there which was a Friday night, we noticed our fridge wasn’t cooling and so we went the next morning to go to the front desk and they said they would send someone, they sent someone Saturday morning and he replaced the fridge but it still was not working. Sunday came around and we had to let the front desk know again that the fridge wasn’t working and they told us that none of the fridge is there actually work. Why would...

"So there was an incident while my wife was drying her hair w/ the hair dryer, the electrical fuse burned out. It destroyed her hair dryer. And it was a regular hair dryer. Not some fancy one needing more power than usual. The maintenance guy who was working at the time helped us out immensely. He even helped us communicate with the front desk in getting us a new room. "Booked this hotel for 2 nights after reviewing the 9.0 star reviews, however it was a disappointing stay for us. One of the queen beds had a significantly torn/almost shredded bedsheet that were still placed on the bed as per the standard (there's no way that the ripped portions in the middle of the sheets could have been missed by anyone when they're put on). Good thing was that they promptly offered a clean set when we notified the front desk. Room overall was not cleaned. The bedsheets...
