"The staff were very nice and super helpful. Very easy parking in front of our room. I enjoyed the sparkling water dispenser in the lobby. Air conditioner worked well. TV worked, but had slow refresh rate (somewhat pixelated). The gap under the door made a strange whistling sound; it just needs a threash-hold gasket. "The facility was quite old but clean and spacious with sunshine. Every staff member was very friendly and supportive. Great location - a few blocks away many dining options and walkable to CalTrain and BART. The amenity was terrible so better to bring own. "Clean room- no!!! The hardwood floor was so dirty our feet turned black and so did the towel outside the shower door! Mirrors hung had broken frames, and the room smelled like smoke!
Staff- rude! Came knocking on our room door asking what’s going on as if we had done something wrong. Said that we were stomping and yelling, which is total false. She even threatened to call the police on us.
Parking- minimal. But there was some!
Air conditioning- not too powerful!"

"Great location. Room was clean, however, the carpets ( very much so), upholstered furniture cushions REALLY need cleaning.
Bathrooms could be cleaned more than only once a day.
Other guests were friendly.
Very funky historical building, so interesting in that regard.
The hallways were crowded with old furniture and very dusty and dirty. For safety and ease of mobility, those hallways should be open and clear.
Windows in our room were difficult to open, and blinds were broken. Other than that,...

"We had the standard room which didn't have a full view of the Marina, but we had a partial view that was still very nice. Rooms and lobby area were cozy, clean and well maintained. Appreciated that there was microwave, small fridge and coffee station; also a laundry room. Additionally we really appreciated the free parking! Stayed 3 nights and enjoyed staying at this little hotel. Only complaint would be on the second day, the bedsheets were not changed and they ran out of washcloths."

"Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The check in process was a bit hectic. We paid for early check in, arrived early and the room still wasn't ready at 3:30 pm. We checked in a little after 4 pm. My son loved the game room and outside set up. For a family, it is great. If it was just me and my husband, I'd probably try staying somewhere else."

"The location is great with a very short walk to the Giants game; the views from high floors are nice. Check-in was frustrating; our room wasn't ready until 7:30 pm. The refrigerator wasn't working; there is no microwave. We rented two rooms for two nights. Both rooms lack an additional mirror. The only mirrors are in the bathroom. Tough when you have multiple occupants in a double-bed room.
Parking was expensive, over $100 per night with fees, and a nightmare to retrieve your car. They failed...

"The room was great, quiet and clean. Everything we needed the hotel staff was accommodating. No questions asked regarding our pet. The hotel location is nice since it's right in the heart of many shopping centers, close by to the locations that we as a family needed. The amenities were fine such as the pool.
