"The location and facilities for an overnight pre-flight stay, especially from T2, are excellent. Sadly, you are a captive audience so dining provision is expensive and mediocre. We did not have breakfast and dinner could have been better - small portion of overcooked chicken on a flatbread with garnishes £19! "

"The entire hotel is in need for an upgrade/overhaul. Very tired. Bar area okay and staff very friendly. Overnight car park £30! Extortion like pretty much ALL airport car parking. I wouldn’t stop here again. "

We were not asked if we wanted a dinner booking or provided with information on check out times. When I raised these issues with the Operations Manager I was offered one drink voucher even though I was with my husband. "
