"Très bon service seulement si vous donnez des pourboires exemple pour le menage de la chambre au 4 etage la personne n'a pas cessé de réclamer de l'argent à mes enfants. Par contre à la reception, dans les différents restos et à la piscine le personnel est au top."

"Wir waren von dem Hotel sehr positiv überrascht. Das Essen war für Ägypten sehr schmackhaft und die Auswahl hat gestimmt. Der Strand ist in der Region Hurghada, mit der beste, den man finden kann. Das Zimmer war gut und die Poolanlagen auch sehr sauber. Der Wasserpark ist auch zu empfehlen, allerdings ist aufgrund der Entfernung immer ein Bustransfer nötig. In Summe war das für uns eines der besten Hotels in Ägypten, wir kommen wieder."

Keine Aufdringlichen Verkäufer in der gesamten Hotelanlage. Klimaanlage Funktion perfekt. Fugen der Fliesen im Bad und Balkontüren dürften mal wieder erneuert werden. Gelegentlich gab es wenig Platz am Strand, es wurde aber Abhilfe geschafft und die zusätzlichen Liegen, in einen mit einem Sonnen Segel...
"We had a great time as a family of 5 in the resort for ten nights. There is plenty to do with the kids including aqua aerobics, Zumba, volleyball, tennis, mini golf, belly dancing and a wide choice of swimming pools and water slides (we counted 11 in total). Drinks and refreshments were easy to reach and the main restaurant offers great variety and options. The Internet is very slow and generally the service at the pool and the beach is very slow as well. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay and we would stay here again."
