"Really good deal for the 3 of us for hotel with the night including dinner and breakfast. Staff were really good so was spa facilities for what you paid for. Overall would go again. But disappointed with dinner wasn’t told it was a buffet till we got to the restaurant ( we did prebook calling few days before and saw staff at check in where there was opportunity to tell us) Though the staff where excellent at accommodating the group member who had a food allergy and letting her choose of menu....

"Great hotel, they concentrate on what’s important, the room. It’s large, comfortable and clean. Only minor issue is the TV is old and has only the basic channels but hey if you are watching TV for any long period then you should probably stay at home rather than visit gorgeous Stratford."

"Most impressed by: The Staff, they were lovely. Breakfast was delicious. Entertainment, Colin Mills was outstanding. The bedroom was bright, airy, clean and nicely laundered. Not so good: Lift didn't go to top floor where we stayed so we had lots to carry, which was quite difficult for our party. Bathroom was not as clean as it could have been. "

"This hotel is a real find. We wanted a quiet location, close to the motorway with EV chargers. The hotel had all of that, plus a really nice bar area. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We had a nice, freshly cooked, evening meal and good breakfast. Will definitely return"

"We were put in a room that was freezing cold, in the basement, noisy wasn't the word, the floor boards above sounded like they were going to cave in! Cold basic and not comfortable. Disappointed"

"Stayed at Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Coventry and honestly it does not live up to its 4 star rating. The outside looks quite run down and the area is just a busy residential street. Reception is decent, but after that things go downhill. Me and my friend booked together but were put on completely different floors. The lift system is inconvenient as you can only go down from your floor, not up. Hallways are very dated and feel unkempt. The room was basic, no complimentary water, and the...
