"A very run down hotel. We are used to staying in basic accommodation but this was not pleasant. We experience lots is negative things unfortunately, the worst being the smoke that we could smell in our room coming from the next door guests. There is definitely people living indefinitely here.The bathroom floor vinyl was Peeling off, carpet looked dirty and lots of hairs in the bathroom. I dislike leaving negative reviews, but this was an exception. The only positive was the parking. "

"Hotel needs an update. Staff were nice enough and all the bits you need were there but the customer experience was lacking.
Our room was lovely, if cold. The radiators only work part of the time. The characterful bathroom did not have a big enough radiator - no lingering in the bath with just a tidgy towel rail to heat you ( a tall ceiling and giant window.) "This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing.
