"Alles in allem würde ich 6 bis 7 Sterne vergeben wenn es Möglich wäre. Der Empfang beim Einchecken war bereits weit über jegliche Erwartung. Wir waren gute 5 Stunden zu früh dran, hatten inständig darauf gehofft unser Gepäck unterstellen zu können, doch weit gefehlt. Gepäck abgeben, Frühstücken und die Zimmerkarten an den Frühstückstisch gebracht bekommen war die Realität, das ganze mit einem Lächeln und ohne extra Kosten. Auch das Frühstücksteam eine wahre Wucht an Freundlichkeit und...

"The hotel is in an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the commercial center and the train station. The breakfast is fantastic, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are very clean. It is a great choice."

"Great hotel , central location especially with the car park being so close . The restaurant was pricey for the portions but the service was excellent. Also I think for the spa use the times need to be changed to earlier Acess as we were unable to use them as check-in times 3pm ,abs checkout time was 11am but access to spa was 10am . "

"This hotel is directly across the street from the convention center, symphony hall, Birmingham Rep and the library. Brindley Place is steps away. You really can't ask for a more convenient location. The hotel also has a terrific swimming pool (although the hours are somewhat limited). The room was clean and comfortable and included a refrigerator. There are two restaurants which we didn't use. We were a little disappointed that the property did not have a "market" to buy snacks or necessities...

"Lovely well appointed rooms, very clean and the bed was very comfortable! Shower head didn’t look like it would give a great shower but actually was quite powerful. The breakfast buffet was perfect- lots of choice all excellent quality and now im going to have to buy a waffle maker for home! Would definitely stay again, perfect location for the arena which was why we were In birmingham. Highly recommend"

"Our weekend was ruined from the start. We were assigned a room with broken AC during freezing weather. Instead of helping, the front desk was dismissive and told us to fix it ourselves. After we insisted, we were moved to a second room, but the AC unit was locked and uncontrollable.Management severely needs to train their staff on basic customer service and inspect rooms before guests arrive. "

"I would recommend & will likely stay here again if I am ever in the area. Positives: Easy check in, parking is discounted & next door, late checkout option, comfortable bed, kitchen area fully stocked & had everything needed, the room areas were split nicely & the shower water pressure was perfect! Negatives: I paid for a family room but was given a standard room which meant I had a shower instead of a bath tub which was annoying as the shower head did not come off making it difficult to shower...
