"The only good part of this hotel is that it’s close to the beach. The staff didn’t do much to show any appreciation for those celebrating special occasions. I’ve stayed in all over the Caribbean and usually the staff is very helpful, friendly and accommodating but this front end staff was very laidback and gave a sense of do it yourself feel to the place."

"if u want the most minimal things from an all inclusive then this is the place. only one restaurant which is the buffet food was ok not so bad but most workers are slow. You only get cleaning every 3 days. They didn’t even clean the sink or toilet. They’re supposed to change the towels everyday but they don’t until i kept complaining. there is a snack bar open after lunch and pizza by 5-9pm. They do not refill the toiletries or coffee pods. "We booked the oceanfront room: an awsome newly renovated room with a wonderful seaview. A confortable bed, a big private terrace with two deckchairs We had lovely breakfast and dîner there The staff is very friendly and helpful. A small pool with deckchairs is also available. We had a great stay !"
