"Beautiful stay. We had an oceanfront balcony which we very much enjoyed and used daily. Staff was consistently helpful and accommodating. I appreciate that there are no tv’s in the rooms, which helps with being in the moment and focusing on the beautiful setting that you are in. Beautiful pool and steps from the ocean. Walkable to downtown Willemstad, as well as bus stops. Would definitely stay again."

The dehumidifier leaked a significant amount of water onto the floor, making it slippery. My daughter fell because of this, which was very concerning. "Just don’t book book this hotel unless you want to be disappointed. The snorkel g is decent and some staff were ok. Odds are you won’t get what you pay for when you book. We were robbed of our ocean front room. Had to change rooms 3 times over 2 days to get working AC. Most people we spoke with didn’t have working AC in their rooms and had to use fans which helped but rooms stayed in the high 80’s anyway. Food was terrible at buffet and restaurants.
