"Booked in advance so good value. Plenty of free parking; registration plate is required with check-in. The man on reception was efficient and friendly. Hallway to room was clean and smelt fresh. Room had desk, two chairs, storage/hanging space, TV, was clean, neat and tidy with comfortable beds. A kettle with coffee tea facilities were provided. "We were really pleased with this hotel. Clean, comfy, quiet. Not fancy but everything you need in a stopover convenient to Stansted. The shuttle was also a big plus. It’s. Ice that they include breakfast, tho before 6 it’s pretty spartan. Still grateful for it tho!"

Cleanliness was overall good, but could've been improved when it came to stains on the sofa in the room, occasional hairs left on furniture and insects found in-between the window frames. I understand some of these can be difficult to remove, but that attention to detail...
