"Stayed with a family of 5 and the location cant be beat! We had 5 peices of luggage and was easy to walk to Liverpool St station and take Elizabeth line to LHR.
The communication with the staff for checkin was very personable and accomodating, and they followed up to ensure everytjing was perfect. They even left a box of goodies for us (chocolates, cookies, gourmet tea, etc)
Was hesitant to book due to other reivews mentioning the street noise but we used the portalable fans to create white...

"First time in a HYATT owned hotel, location is great, staff (especially restaurant manager Daria and receptionist Kaylan are outstanding) is really good and friendly and made my trip awesome and feel myself welcomed.

Rooms are nice, tv and shower doors could be more modern.
It is a bit poorly soundproofed which at least at 6th floor should be fixed imho.
