"Nice clean room. Really big bathroom Very hot but it was a hot evening outside The check-in was weird because we were asked to pay £5 for parking which wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the booking process. Considering it’s a motorway services accommodation, there’s really no choice unless we parachuted in. The hotel should have the honesty to include it in the price at booking."

"Loved the courtyard especially at night. Didn't like the bar closed even though there were residents still wanting a drink! Also the cooked breakfast wasn't great."

"The hotel in general was very good. Just personally, we had a few issues Our main issue is that the hotel. It's so big with long hallways and lots of steps, considering we have a child in a Pram and lots of luggage it was so exhausting to carry everything from the car park to walk across to the hotel. And then find your room. Its hell of a long walk with steps. When we arrived, they gave us a room on the top floor with loads of steps, and the windows barely opened. So we complained and changed...

"Unfortunately not my best visit here - visited several Times - checked in quite late - went straight to my room for a bath - no hot water ! - then headed down stairs for a bit to eat - had the same as my previous visit ( chicken bourguignon which was great last time) - unfortunately this time it was reheated microwaved mush - so headed to bed , unfortunately for me I was woken up by rocking headboards at 1.30 ( my neighbour was obviously having a better night than me ) thin walls between rooms...

"I have to say I waa really surprised at how nice this place was. The only issue for me (being a bigger bloke) was i couldn't fit in the shower as it only has a s.mall opening but I was able to get around ."

"I stayed here for a party and booked a room. The staff are helpful and friendly... the only downside is I couldn't find the remote, so I should have asked! But a lovely stay all in all! X"

"Booked a two night stay to be close to Adrenaline Alley - just over a 5 minute drive. Hotel room very spacious and clean. Requested a mini fridge in the room which was in the room when we arrived. Lovely and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again."

"The bath was dirty, there was a hole in the bathroom door, and a dent in it too. The toilet flush failed at one point and there was no maintenance person on site till the morning. Thankfully it rectified itself. No plug in the sink. The TV didn't work, we tested the socket and it was the socket that didn't work. One of the 2 bedside table lamps didn't work (and was an ancient 2 pin plug!) There was no information in the hotel room about facilities, when things opened, when food was etc. There...

"I live in the US and this is my second stay at the Three Swans. I like the fact it was an old coaching Inn … on booking I was not advised or asked if a room up a lot of steep stairs at the very top of the building would work for me…. I am 75 and it was hard work! The staff are generally helpful especially the housekeeping staff. Breakfast was excellent. The courtyard that runs alongside the building full of comfortable tables/chairs and many boxes of flowers is a delight. I love Market...

"Arrived here after driving several hundred miles and having a couple of meetings and so it was so refreshing that the reception staff were a bright and cheery at 8pm and very welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless and clean with a very comfortable bed. One of the Best showers in any hotel I’ve stayed in and generally excellent. I will definitely stay there again."

"Fantastic stay. Lovely room. Free parking and £10 for our dog to stay ( 2 night stay) food was lovely and we could take our dog with us. The staff were fab made a fuss over our dog and nothing was too much trouble for us or her. Opposite, there is a field that you can take your dog for a walk. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will definitely be back. "
