"It’s unfortunate that this chain charge a premium rate for what is essentially a budget hotel with interesting decor. Check in was alarmingly quick. No ID check of any sort. Room was fine but no basics such as hair conditioner or a bottle of water makes it feel low budget. Add in a local guide/magazine in the room that’s two summers out of date and it starts to feel like they’re not too fussed about details, which is a shame. "

"Room was lovey although small and nothing like the picture. I did question the bed as it was supposed to be a king size bed but it was a queen size bed. Sink for bathroom was in the room and no hooks to hang anything in bathroom or coats in bedroom. No pot for toothbrush Nice hotel and great position and cozy atmosphere "

"Fairly centrally located, comfortable hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable and actually has a tv that works with normal channels! Tasty Full English breakfast and other meals available. Good price. Would recommend for short stays."

"Nice room, great location. Customer service was great, our first room air con wasn’t working and we let them know, we’d checked in late so maintenance wasn’t there so they moved us to a new and bigger room. No hassle and a great experience! "
