"No super impressed but it was close to the airport so that was great, If you’re traveling in or out from Heathrow, you can access the hotel from inside the airport through a covered walkway. The customer service at the airport told me I had to walk to it outside but that was so inconvenient, so just find someone that’s competent lol"

"Comfortable large room with comfy bed. Fantastic service by all the staff. Being greeted by host for breakfast with orange juice and a wonderful array of choices. Concierge was very helpful in getting us a taxi on a couple of occasions and arranging return trips as well. Proximity to Heathrow and Underground fantastic. Beautiful hotel and would be happy to recommend."

"Clean. Located conveniently in arrivals in terminal 3. Great staff. I booked a double room. Very small room for myself and husband to manoevre 2 large suitcases and a hand luggage in this space. Price for one night 300 USD which we felt was high for that size of room. Bathroom very small. Shower divided by a half partition from adjacent toilet so a lot of water got onto the floor and mats were all soaked. No physical space to hang up towels in bathroom. Not enough space to rest things on...

"Outside areas had cups and lids still on the tables at 10pm. In all fairness there was a rugby crowd this weekend and were “festive” until late. Well behaved. Nice people! 3 minute walk from the station! Awesome!"

"Very convenient to Heathrow. Google maps recommendation was to bus from terminal two and transfer but we found it more convenient to take the train to terminal five and then it was a short bus ride. Bus stop to and from the airport is right in front of the hotel, which is perfect Very friendly staff and nice rooms. Unfortunately the air-conditioning wasn’t working and it was 30°C in our rooms.
